Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be liable for the return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event that we are unable to ship your order promptly, we will get in touch with you to inform you of the situation. At that point, you will have the option to either cancel the order or agree to proceed with shipping it as soon as possible.

If you suspect that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to us through our "contact us" page. We will initiate an investigation using the Royal Mail service to locate your order.

Damages and issues

If you receive a defective or damaged item, kindly notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will promptly provide a suitable resolution at no additional cost to you. However, please be aware that any complaints or issues raised after this 14-day period may not be eligible for resolution without incurring appropriate charges.

Please take note of the following concerning damaged cards inside blind packed products like Booster packs:

If you encounter a damaged card within a pack, we can only replace the entire booster pack, as it is considered the faulty product in this case. Unfortunately, individual cards inside the pack cannot be replaced separately. If you experience this rare occurrence, you may wish to contact the manufacturer directly for a possible replacement card, but please be aware that they are not obligated to provide one.

Pre-order Cancellations

You have the option to cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund before the order has been shipped, typically up until one day prior to the official release date. In the event that the price of the pre-ordered product has decreased since your initial order, we will gladly refund you the difference or provide store credit to ensure you receive the lowest price available. Please note that this policy is applicable until the moment the order is dispatched.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
